INCÒ 2004 - parola friulana che vuol dire “oggi”-
D.O.C. COLLI ORIENTALI DEL FRIULI

Friulian word hat means “today”.
INCO’ is a cuvèe based principally on Tocai Friulano and small quantities of Pinot Grigio and Pinot Bianco.
It comes out from separate vinification of grapes from our vineyards in the hills of the Prepotto district, near the Slovenian border. Straw yellow tinged with green, clean and flowery nose. Dry on the palate, fresh and well balanced with its fragrant parfumes.
A wine with nice nose, fresh, clean and fruity aromas and a delicate taste.

HARVESTING TIME Mid September
HARVEST By hand, in cases with bunch selection.
VINIFICATION Fruit soft crushed and fermented without the skins at 18° C.
AGEING It lies for seven months on the lees in stainless steel, then 1 month in the bottle before release.
PRODUCTION no. 15.000 bottles of 0,75 l
SERVING SUGGESTION As an aperitif or with delicate hors d’oeuvres, S. Daniele ham, soups and risottos, egg dishes or fresh and medium aged cheese.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 10-12° C
