RIBOLLA GIALLA
D.O.C. COLLI ORIENTALI DEL FRIULI

Has a vivid straw-yellow colour. The broad, impressive nose is instantly recognizable with its delicious fragrance of Saponaria petals. Dry and refreshing yet firm and full-flavoured on the palate, the excellent structure is backed up by the varietal's typically zesty acidity.

VINIFICATION Fruit soft-crushed and fermented without the skins at controlled temperature (18°C).
AGEING It lies for seven months on the lees in stainless steel, then 1 month in the bottle before release.
BOTTLES PRODUCED no. 10.000 bottles of 0,75 l
SERVING SUGGESTIONS Excellent as an aperitif, with hors d'oeuvres of raw fish, oysters or sea truffles, fish either boiled or served with sauce, mushroom dishes, soups and cream soups.
