Obtained
from a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
and Cabernet Franc grapes.A
wine with a vibrant ruby red colour and a beautifully
balanced lingering bouquet. Dry and full-flavoured, with
excellent structure. The aromas on the nose are echoed
attractively on the palate. Remarkably long finish.

hand in cases. |
| VINIFICATION |
Macerated
in stainless steel vats for 20 - 30 days; the cap
is broken up and pushed under several times during
maceration. |
| AGEING |
For
one year or longer in French barriques, 60% of which
are new and 40% used for the second time. Aged in
the bottle for at least one year before being released
to the market. |
