TOCAI FRIULANO

Has a bright, vigorous straw-yellow colour and a broad fragrance that opens out sumptuously on the nose. Dry on the palate. The soft texture is backed up by firm structure. Full-bodied with a very recognizable style.

AGEING It lies for seven months on the lees in stainless steel, then 1 month in the bottle before release.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS Excellent as an aperitif and with light hors d'oeuvres, perfect with San Daniele ham, bean and barley soup, herb omelette, pastas and consommés, egg dishes, snails and fish.
